Tap Add in the dock and start typing — the poster, year, and streaming service fill in automatically. Got a whole list somewhere? Tap "Import a whole list" at the bottom of the Add screen to paste from Notes or open an export file from another tracking app.
First add your household's names from the 👤 chip, then invite from the Sharing button — whoever joins picks their name from your list. Long-press Sharing anytime for a status page showing who's connected and what's synced.
Tap any show and set your place under "Where are we?" — the steppers know how many episodes each season has.
"Surprise me" picks tonight's watch: resume something you're watching, start something from your list, or take a Wildcard — a highly-rated title you've never heard of.
Premiere dates fill in automatically (or set your own), and reminders arrive a week before, the day before, and the day it drops. Add the home-screen widget to see your next premieres without opening the app.
IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes scores appear on each title's detail page, courtesy of the OMDb database. Rotten Tomatoes doesn't cover every title — a missing score is normal.

OurQ is designed so that your data stays yours. The short version: we don't collect anything, and we couldn't read your watchlist if we wanted to.
Everything you add to OurQ — shows, movies, statuses, dates, ratings, and episode progress — is stored on your device and synced through your own private iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit service). That sync happens between your devices and Apple; we operate no servers and have no access to your library. There are no accounts and no sign-ups. If you delete the app and its iCloud data, your library is gone from everywhere you kept it.
If you invite someone to share your library, the invitation and syncing are handled entirely by Apple's standard iCloud sharing. Only the people you invite can see the shared library, and you can remove anyone (or leave) at any time from the Sharing screen. We never see who you share with or what you share.
Nothing. OurQ does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information, usage analytics, or identifiers. There are no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.
When you search for a title, browse What's Hot, or view a title's details, the app requests results, artwork, and ratings from The Movie Database (TMDB) and the Open Movie Database (OMDb). These requests are not tied to your name or any account — those services receive the query and your device's IP address, as with any internet request. See TMDB's privacy policy and OMDb's site. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Premiere-date reminders are local notifications scheduled entirely on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
OurQ does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
